Chef Evan Deluty & some of his chef friends along with the Yéle Haiti foundation started by musician Wyclef Jean will host a one-night-only fundraiser for the Haitian earthquake victims. Chefs will serve hors d’oeurves from their menus, and there will be an open bar for thirsty donors. Chef Deluty's favorite jazz band will play and all proceeds will go directly to Yéle Haiti.
