Area InterMISSion: Fly Clear

Email to a friendPrint this article

Tired of waiting in long airport security lines? If you’re as fed up as we are, check out Fly Clear®, a little known service that gets you through airport security faster and with less hassle.

It’s as simple as pie. When you sign up for Fly Clear, you are pre-screened for security and given a biometric card which allows you to pass through security faster. Rather than waiting in long lines with all the others, you whiz through a designated security lane (the Clear lane) where your ID is checked and you insert your Clear card into a verification kiosk. The downside, Clear is only offered at limited airports to start (Cincinnati, Indianapolis, New York JFK Terminal 7, Orlando, and San Jose at the moment, and other JFK Terminals, Newark and Toronto on slate for this year) but we hope they roll out nationwide shortly.

Now that would bring us a sigh of relief!

What a riot.  You say what so many women only think.  You made my day.  Keep writing.  I want to hear more.
